It is a signal honour to become president of one of the earliest Institutes founded in Canada. Sincere thanks go out to the retiring president, HLCol Alan Maclean, now past president, and retiring directors LCol Ralph McDiarmid and F/L(NS) Norma Fieldhouse. MGen Pat Mitchell has agreed to continue to serve as an Army director, and Col Bill Weston has joined the Board as the replacement Air Force director.
