Thank you outgoing President Bob Stewart, and those Directors departing: Al McLean, Pierre Yans and John Neroutsos. Like any organization, success depends so much on those who volunteer their time and efforts. I would like to welcome new members to the Board: Murray Watkins, Al Wyatt, Ken Reeves, Doug Munro and Julien Gutenspergen. I am also grateful to John Eggenberger for assuming the additional task of being the publisher of our newsletter. I must remind you that RUSI needs more new members to help us as an organization. I believe we offer good food, fine speakers and good fellowship of kindred people. Please encourage your retiring service friends to join us for lunch and try us out. Finally, I solicit your opinions concerning our Institute, its speakers and the meetings. I welcome your ideas and concerns.
